For bars and poolhalls

Your room runs itself.
You find out what it made.

One tool for the floor, the league and the night. Your TVs do the talking, the queue sorts itself out, and at the end of the week you know which nights paid instead of guessing.

On your screens

Seven things your TVs do without you

No TV app to install and nothing to plug in. Any screen with a browser — a smart TV, a $49 stick, an old laptop. You program the rotation from behind the bar and it runs all night.

Specials board

Your drink and food specials, priced, on a rotation you set from your phone.

Happy hour

Starts and ends itself on your schedule. Nobody has to remember to change a sign.

Events today

What is on tonight — league night, a tournament, a band, trivia.

Tonight's crew

Who is working. Regulars learn the names, staff get the credit.

Celebrations

Birthdays and milestones on the screen. Cheap way to make a night.

Sports board

What game is on which screen, so nobody asks the bartender.

Join QR

The last slide of every loop: scan, check in, get in the queue.

The rotation

It cycles all night without you

You set the slides once from your phone. The screen moves through them on its own — specials, then happy hour, then what is on tonight, then who is working. That is a real board on the right, cycling live.

Every room we know about

Players open this to find a table near them. Paying rooms carry their tier on the pin, so a busy room stands out from a quiet one instead of collapsing into the pack.

The floor

Nobody has to hold the list

The chalkboard is the step. We removed it. Every part of running the floor that currently lives in someone's head now lives on the screen.

The queue settles itself

Players put themselves in line from their phone or the QR on the table, and the order is on the screen. Nobody asks who is next, and nobody argues about it.

Check-in is a scan

A player scans, they are on your floor. You get a real headcount instead of a guess, and they get their game tracked.

Tables close themselves

A table that has gone quiet for an hour closes on its own so your next player is not staring at a stale name.

A night, end to end

What actually happens on your floor

1

They scan

A player scans the QR on the table or the door and they are checked in.

2

They queue

They put themselves in line. The order goes up on the TV for the whole room.

3

They play

Scores go in on a phone. Winner stays on, next player is already called.

The money

Stop guessing which nights work

Most rooms know their Friday is good and their Tuesday is not, and nothing past that. The Money Hub gives you the rest of it — by night, by table, by player.

Which nights actually pay

Busiest hours, table utilisation, who is coming back, what the tables took. The stuff you currently estimate from how the room felt.

Per-table revenue

Which table earns and which one sits. Move a table, or stop paying for one.

Your regulars, named

Who came back this month, who stopped coming. A list you can actually do something with.

Leagues & tournaments

Off paper, off spreadsheets

APA and BCA rulesets, handicaps, scoresheets, standings and playoffs. Four bracket formats with seeding. Your staff can host a tournament without buying anything.
