Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Cue'd Up account and the personal data associated with it. Deletion is irreversible. If you only want to take a break, sign out instead — your data stays put until you delete or we're required to remove it.

Option 1 — Delete in the web app

Your account, profile, game history, social activity, and any user-generated content you authored are removed within 30 days.

Option 2 — Email request

If you can't sign in or prefer to email us, send a deletion request to kyle@cuedupapp.com from the email address on your account. Include:

• The email address tied to the account
• Your username (if you remember it)
• Confirmation that you want the account permanently deleted

We process requests within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of confirmation.

What gets deleted

• Profile (name, email, avatar, bio, motto, handles)
• Game history, ELO, stats, achievements, trophy shelf
• Social posts, comments, direct messages, chat messages
• League and tournament entries you authored
• Friends, blocks, and notifications tied to your account

What we may retain

A small amount of data may remain after deletion when we're legally required to keep it or where removal would compromise records that don't belong to you:

• Transaction records — subscription and payment history retained for tax and accounting purposes (handled by Stripe)
• Aggregate stats — anonymized leaderboard and league records that affect other players' standings
• Abuse / safety records — reports filed against the account, retained for moderation

Anything we retain is anonymized or stripped of personal identifiers wherever possible.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Cue'd Up Pro subscription. Cancel from Settings → Subscription first, or your subscription will continue billing through Stripe until you cancel it directly.
