You can cancel any active Cued Up subscription at any time:
Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again, and your account will revert to the Free plan automatically — your data, history, and stats are preserved.
If you are not satisfied with your first Player Pro or Venue subscription payment, email us within 7 days of the charge for a full refund. This applies only to the initial purchase, not to subsequent renewals. Email kyle@cuedupapp.com from your account email with the subject "7-Day Refund."
Player Pro auto-renews monthly. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the billing period. Cued Up does not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle. If you were charged unexpectedly — for example, after attempting to cancel — email us within 14 days and we will refund the most recent charge.
The Verified badge is a one-time, non-recurring purchase. It is generally non-refundable. If you purchased Verified by mistake and have not yet used any of its benefits, email us within 14 days and we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.
The Venue plan is one flat monthly subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period — your venue retains full features until then. We do not pro-rate or refund partial months. Enterprise plans (custom contracts for multi-location operators) are governed by the terms of the individual contract.
Credits are an entertainment-only virtual currency with no cash value. Credit purchases are final and non-refundable, and Credits cannot be exchanged for real currency under any circumstances. Credits may only be redeemed in person at participating venues.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at kyle@cuedupapp.com within 14 days of the charge. Include your account email and a description of the issue.
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. If you open a dispute through your bank or credit card company, it will be processed through Stripe's dispute resolution process. We encourage you to contact us directly first so we can resolve the issue quickly — bank-initiated disputes can take 60-90 days to resolve and may result in your account being suspended pending resolution.
