User-Generated Content

Cue'd Up allows users to post content including community posts, chat messages, marketplace listings, and profile information. All user-generated content is the sole responsibility of the user who posted it. By posting content on Cue'd Up, you represent that you have the right to share that content and that it does not violate any laws or these policies.

Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on Cue'd Up:

  • Illegal content or content promoting illegal activity
  • Harassment, threats, bullying, or intimidation of other users
  • Sexually explicit or pornographic material
  • Copyrighted material posted without authorization from the rights holder
  • Spam, unsolicited advertising, or repetitive unwanted content
  • Doxxing or sharing another person's private information without consent
  • Hate speech or content promoting discrimination
  • Impersonation of other users, venues, or organizations
  • Malware, phishing links, or other malicious content

DMCA Takedown Process

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that content on Cue'd Up infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice by emailing kyle@cuedupapp.com with the following information:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • The URL or location of the infringing content on Cue'd Up
  • Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Response Timeline

We will review all DMCA takedown requests within 48 hours of receipt. If we determine that the reported content infringes a valid copyright, we will promptly remove or disable access to the content and notify the user who posted it.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to kyle@cuedupapp.com including: identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake, your name and contact information, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district. We will forward your counter-notification to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the content.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Cue'd Up maintains a strict repeat infringer policy. Users who receive three valid copyright strikes will have their accounts permanently terminated. Strikes remain on your account indefinitely.

Right to Remove Content

Cue'd Up reserves the right to remove any content that violates these policies, our Terms of Service, or applicable law, at any time and without prior notice. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly or egregiously violate these policies.
